How it works

Add your addresses
Type, paste or import up to 100 addresses total. Review uncertain matches, then choose which address is the fixed start and which is the fixed finish.
Optimize the order
Choose Optimize route. The planner uses estimated road drive times to reorder the intermediate stops. It does not use live traffic or promise a mathematically optimal result.
Check it and adjust
Review the map, miles, drive-time estimate and complete order. Drag time-sensitive stops into place manually, because the planner does not enforce individual appointment windows.
Drive it
Open the order in Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze or OsmAnd for navigation. Maps links and QR segments cover the full route; the mobile checklist lets you check off its first 25 stops.

Planner questions
Do I need an account to plan a route?
No. There is no sign-up, no email confirmation and no card. Open the planner and start adding stops.
How many addresses can I add at once?
Up to 100 total per route. The chosen start and finish are part of that list. You can paste them from a spreadsheet instead of typing them one at a time.
What happens if an address does not match?
The planner flags it instead of guessing. You get the candidates it found on a map and pick the right one, or drop a pin yourself if none of them are correct.
Can I set where the route starts and ends?
Yes. Both stay fixed during optimization; only the stops between them are reordered. A depot round trip and a one-way route can therefore produce different orders.
Can I still change the order after optimizing?
Yes. Drag any stop where you want it. The planner does not know about appointment windows, gate hours or a customer who is only in after 3:00 PM, so the final call is yours.
How do I get the route onto my phone?
Use navigation-app links or QR route segments for the full route. The built-in mobile checklist is a separate option and includes only the first 25 stops.
Does the planner keep my addresses?
Persistent drafts and recent-route history stay in your browser, but addresses, coordinates, route settings and notes are processed through the site's API. Selected address text or coordinates go to geocoding and routing providers. There is no account holding your history.
