How it works
From addresses to navigation
Add your addresses
Type them, paste a column out of Excel or Google Sheets, upload a .csv or .xlsx, or drop pins on the map. Every address is checked against US address data as it goes in, and anything ambiguous is held back for you to confirm.
Optimize the order
Choose Optimize route. The planner measures drive times between stops and searches for a sequence with a low total. Processing time varies with route size, provider response and network conditions; review the result on the map when it finishes.
Check it and adjust
Drag stops, set a start and end, add ordinary delivery notes, or remove an address. The optimizer does not know that one customer is only available after 3pm, so the order stays yours to change.
Drive it
Open the route in Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze or OsmAnd, scan a QR code to move it to your phone, or use mobile route mode to tick stops off as you go. Long routes are split into legs that fit each app's own limits.

Planner questions
Do I need an account to plan a route?
No. There is no sign-up, no email confirmation and no card. Open the planner and start adding stops.
How many addresses can I add at once?
Up to 100 per route. You can paste them all in one go from a spreadsheet rather than typing them one at a time.
What happens if an address does not match?
The planner flags it instead of guessing. You get the candidates it found on a map and pick the right one, or drop a pin yourself if none of them are correct.
Can I set where the route starts and ends?
Yes. A route that loops back to a depot and a route that finishes at your last customer can produce different orders, so set both before you optimize.
Can I still change the order after optimizing?
Yes. Drag any stop where you want it. The planner does not know about appointment windows, gate hours or a customer who is only in after 3pm, so the final call is yours.
How do I get the route onto my phone?
Scan the QR code on the results panel, or open mobile route mode and work through the stops one at a time, opening each in your navigation app as you reach it.
Does the planner keep my addresses?
Persistent drafts and recent-route history stay in your browser, but addresses, coordinates, route settings and notes are processed through the site's API. Selected address text or coordinates go to geocoding and routing providers. There is no account holding your history.
